Wash and wipe tomatoes properly
Rub some oil on tomatoes and roast on fire till done
Let it cool down naturally
Now peel off skin and keep it in a large bowl
Now roast garlic and chillies
Peel off garlic cloves and finely chopped it
Break chillies in chunk pieces
Then mash tomatoes very gently
Take a large bowl mix all ingredients together as mashed tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic cloves, chillies, coriander leaves, salt, and mustard oil
Add lemon juice also if tomatoes are not sour
Serve it with rice and chapati as a side dish or replacement of chatney or pickle
